Losoul (author of the fantastic "lies") has given a new breath to house music, exploring new bass frequencies. It's not the first time that you listen to it that you discover all the subtleties of Belong. The tracks go in an amazing way avoiding the "clichés" of House. A fine hypnotic groove (taste not waste), synthetic almost pop, a dose of humour (overland). A real cool album, unique for fans of Frankfurt' sound !

This album is a little bit disappointing. There's not so much good tracks as Chistian Vogel is used to doing... Esquina Del Sol, Me & My Shadow and Wind From Nowhere are really really good, but the other tracks are not so interesting... Only For Fans.

Two Lone Swordsmen, aka Andew Weatherhall and Keith Tenniswood, continue to explore the bleep on the prestigious Warp label. A real album (19 tracks in all !) where electro is declined in all its forms. abstract hip-hop, a nice go-between DJ Krush and Company Flow. "classieux" and mental Electro, it changes from the 80' German electro tunes. The electronica godfathers still have great things to tell but you've got
to make the effort to listen to it. Tiny Reminders is not an easy album, but the atmosphere that it lets out is impressing.

We didn't buy Cristian Vogel new album yet (Rescate 137), but we listened to this promo-copy ! Nice sleeve and very good tracks. "Me and my Shadow" is dark, groovy for a cold and deep atmosphere... "Esquina Del Sol" is a funky fat track with bleeps : delicious !!

When you will listen to this record, you will probably be surprised to know that the mysterious artist called EAL is French. We were waiting for good French minimal techno for a long time and here it is !! Great !! So, more than one year after the second label release, Interzone Records comes back with another great EP. And good news : the next one should be out next month and it will be also produced by the talented EAL !! Of course, we'll keep you informed here...
