Naples rules. The second EP on Markantonio's label sees himself, Rino & Danilo continuing the story. They are not as famous as Carola or Gaetek, but definitely worth checking out for the quality of their music. Markantonio starts off with housey 'Funk moment', reminiscent of Recycled Loops' sound, but with a distinctive funky bassline. Good DJ tool. A2 track 'First step' is made by certainly most promising new name of Naples scene - Danilo Vigorito. Following an excellent record for Isoghi, here's a groovy deep tech house drive mixed with some great vocal samples. Watch out for this man in following months on Conform, Genetic, Primate, Frozen & Zenit releases. Yes, you've read it right. B side starts with Rino's 'Select', one of his most minimal tracks yet, but still carrying his known sound. All artists did the last 'Third sequence' track together, which confirms a fact that those Naples guys are indeed excellent producers. Perfect DJ tools.
