Some months after the "Blackstage" release, John Thomas revisits his album with some of the best techno producers of the moment. The sound is mainly funky and groovy, sometimes minimal especially on the remixes of "Module" by John Thomas, "Blaxpoitation" and "Workin' Runnin' Smokin" by J. Thomas & Cabanne, "Runnin'" by Lo Soul (so sweet !) and "Talking Machine" by Dbx vs Cabanne (really nice too !). The style is also typically US with the remixes of "Working Night" by Octave One and Rolando, and with the one of "Blackstage" by John Tejada (simply brilliant !). There are also softer tracks like "No Past", "The Truth" by Cabanne and the distorted "Black Panthers" by J. Thomas, and a pumpin' tech' house track : "Blackstage - roots mix". A great compilation coming from the famous French label Logistic. Also available as 2x12".
