The label manager of Scandium Records invited three guests - and what guests! - to remix "Emotion" - a track coming from his first album "Les musiques de mon moulin" (review soon). The A-side long-player is done by Michael Mayer. The German producer didn't use the vocal samples of the original title but he used instead the beautiful strings. The rhythm, the bassline and a quite distorted synth sound naturally remember the Kompakt' touch. A simply perfect remix! Mr David Gigolo Carretta is the B-side first producer revisiting "Emotion". With less strings and with some robotic voices, this track is more raw and therefore well-suited for the dancefloor. Regarding the last rework of Paul Nazca's title, it is done by par Ultracolor. This remix is really close to the original but it adds really nice trance influences. This EP is strongly recommended! Check it on Scandium web site!!
