Don't trust the funny title, this seventh Lifeform production from prolific Andreas Kremer is a serious dancefloor piece that delivers lots of minimal and distorted sounds. On A side, percussive "WG Der Wollust" offers a dangerous hammering of stinging drums, enhanced by a dark and ultra saturated rhythm. On the flip, more clubby hit "Bitches" combines pumping bassline and indistinguishable vocal loops. At last, linear "Der Jaghund" evolves into efficient funky techno music in a obvious Detroit influence. Faithful to previous Lifeform releases, "A Dj Is Not A Popstar" EP will not disappoint you, that's sure !
