Three years after its first compilation, here is the second Dessous "best of" that is now released as a double CD. The first part is a selection done by the German imprint's boss himself: Steve Bug. It's composed of 10 house tracks - deep & minimal, most of the time pumpin' – produced by Vincenzo (Charles Webster rmx), Gamat 3000 (Joshua rmx), Pete Moss, John Dahlbäck, Tanzman & Voigt, Tojami Sessions, Untitled Orchestra, Glowing Glisses (Larry Heard rmx) and Jussi Pekka. The second CD is mixed by Pete Moss and it is made of other tracks of some of these artists but also tracks by Steve Bug, Diadem, Jiago, Frankman, Swag Productions (rmx) and I-Cube (rmx). The musical colour is of course very similar to the first CD but the selection is maybe more dynamic and it brings more vocal samples and sometimes some lyrics. Note that there are 7 exclusives tracks on these two CD's and they are also published separately as a 2x12" vinyl. An excellent compilation reminding us that Dessous is still releasing high quality house. Hotly recommended! Check mp3 samples on Dessous web site!
