Only available till now in 7" format, those tunes sometimes acid, often enhanced by sumptuous scratches should touch a larger crowd than usual vinyl junkies and Djs. Alone or in collaboration with SBK from Tokyo on "Are You Feellin' It?" and with mythic Man Parrish for a "Boogie Down Bronx" incredible remix, Minneapolis man distillates with as much generosity, humour (check bonus track 16) and talent a modern and melancholic music, able to stir and arouse people at the same time. Because of his personal qualities, electronic heavyweights like Fat Boy Slim, Kool Mo Dee & The Treacherous 3 and Portishead Dj Andy Smith gave him lots of respect during his impressive and long career. Author of various advertising soundtracks in USA, Mister Freddy will release a book untitled "Freddy Fresh Presents The Rap Records" before the end of the year, relating great lines of Hip-Hop music, from 1979 to 1988.
