With only two releases, Autobot-1000 has already succeed over the last few months to add his name on the international electro artists list. Coming back with a new EP once again on DJ Sploo's label, this 2000' Cybotron re-uses musical components that made him famous : beats in a Juan Atkins style, vocoders inspired by Kraftwerk, vocals that will remind you Afrika Bambataa. While "AB1K" sounds like a SF movie soundtrack, "Kinetic Love" and "Take Control", both declined in two versions ("pop-lock mix" & "techno mix" for the first one, "electro mix" & "arabian mix" for the second) are really focused on dancefloor. Old school and efficient electro.
