Launched in 1999 by Andy & Rich, this discreet spaceship, acclaimed by Radioactive Man, Laurent Garnier and Andrew Weatherall themselves, carries on its exploration of the electronic galaxy thanks to a handful of interstellar artists with evocative names, featuring Lunar, Planet 'T' or Parsec. Here where Captain Kirk and the Enterprise stopped, obscur Arcon extends infinite's borders and brings us back samples of planets he recently visited during his last spatial travel : while "Miasma", combines hypnotic bass with sidereal atmosphere, "Element Exposure", on the flip, offers percussive rhythm due to the use of phat kick and acid layer and "Defence Perimeter" merges vocoder plus sci-fi sounds. A very good EP that promises creators of Stripe a intergalactic future.
