Minimal sounds and tribal rhythms, here are musical components of newcomer Peon! Launched in Frankfurt by Oliver Schump, this Defcon Records subdivision welcomes for its first release Tinnitus manager Marc Göttling. Under "Next Level" alias, both artists offer a dancefloor four cuts EP in a clubby techno style. Unfortunately cheesy A-side is not enough interesting to be reviewed but no doubt efficient "Maniac" and intensive "Killer" on the reverse will be used and played on underground techno mixes.
